Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

NovaTrend is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.
